Privacy
This describes the platform’s implemented data practices.
Private account information
Phone numbers support sign-in through Supabase Auth and Twilio. Preferred names and email addresses are private account details. Campaign answers, bills, provider information, locations, and switching preferences are available only to the member and authorized administrators.
The public member directory
You may choose a pseudonym as your public display name. Only an explicit visibility choice allows that name and your campaign join date to appear in directories. Declining visibility does not remove you from aggregate participation counts. Your email, phone, private account name, and answers are never included in directory results.
How information is used
Information supports campaign coordination, review, account security, and communication. Public campaign pages may show aggregated participation totals. Sharing private member information with suppliers requires a separate, approved process; joining alone does not authorize disclosure of your contact information.
Service providers and analytics
The intended infrastructure uses Vercel for hosting, Supabase for authentication and storage, Twilio for verification SMS, and Resend for email. Optional PostHog analytics require consent and disable session recording and automatic interaction capture. Sentry error monitoring is configured to remove account details and request data. Service activation depends on configuration.
Notifications and controls
You can edit your profile, hide your display name, change campaign answers, leave campaigns, and manage campaign email preferences. Verification and account messages are separate from optional marketing. Marketing permission is off by default.
Retention and deletion
You may request account deletion from account settings. Authorized administrators review deletion requests and applicable record-retention obligations. The production retention schedule and operator contact must be established before enrollment opens. Audit records avoid storing private answer contents.
Contact
A verified privacy contact has not yet been supplied. This is a launch prerequisite; no live enrollment is available in preview.
